Meet Linda

My journey in food began over 35 years ago, learning the ropes from the ground up — as a waitress, barista, deli server, kitchen assistant, sous chef, assistant restaurant manager, and front-of-house hospitality lead.

In every role, I watched, learned, sharpened my skills… and quietly made plans.

Twenty-nine years ago, I launched my own catering company, pouring everything I’d learned into a service that’s personal, considered, and rooted in a love for beautifully presented, delicious food — always tailored to each client.

Now, I’m beginning a new chapter here in Shrewsbury — and I’d love to welcome you to The Great Catering Company. Come and see what my brilliant team and I can create, just for you.

Food is such an important part of any event and Linda managed to translate the atmosphere we hoped to achieve in each and every mouthful. We knew how we wanted people to feel at our wedding and Linda had lots of personalised tweaks and unique ideas to make sure the menu was a special part of the day. Linda was such a support and it was an absolute pleasure working with her and her team.
Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without Linda's cooking...

To come into my kitchen and see Linda's smiling face while she and her team prepare our delicious annual staff dinner party is a joy.
